1.1. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstances. This policy helps us maintain the high level of service you expect and allows us to allocate resources effectively.
2.1. If you choose to cancel your booking, please be aware that the 20% deposit will not be refunded. We recommend considering this policy before finalizing your booking.
2.2. Any deposits from yours are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for yours but tour does not guarantee due to any certain circumstances. The tour can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the organizer. Yours will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements.
